This is home to the Judge Barefoot Sanders Law Magnet Government and Law Cluster.

The Law Cluster moves beyond the “traditional” text-book based educational process. The cluster process is based on concept presentations, “discovery” types of activities that address a wide array of public service, governmental and law profession elements. The entire legal and public service community of Dallas serves as a living laboratory that expands beyond classroom walls.   Problem-solving and discovery methods are used to give students real and practical experiences in the world of legal careers.   Members of the legal and public service community are directly involved in the educational process, serving as resources, making presentations and working directly with the students. Students will also participate in various forms of online/virtual classroom experiences including but not limited to wikis, blogs, and email correspondence for receiving and submitting assignments.
